RimonPay

Introducer to card acquirers · UK & EEA

One application.
The right acquirer.

Tell us about your business once, upload your documents once, and RimonPay places your file with the acquirers whose appetite and pricing genuinely fit it. You contract directly with the acquirer — we never sit between you and your money.

  • Introducer, not an acquirer
  • No licence required of you
  • You contract with the acquirer

What RimonPay is

An introducer. We assemble your merchant file — business profile, ownership detail and documents — and place it with acquiring partners who want that profile.

What RimonPay is not

Not an acquirer, not a bank, not a payment facilitator. We do not underwrite, approve, price or decline accounts. That decision belongs to the acquirer.

What that means for you

You sign your merchant agreement directly with the acquirer. Your settlement funds flow between you and them — RimonPay never holds or touches them.

What we offer

The work between “I need to take cards” and an approved account.

Getting a merchant account is mostly a paperwork and matching problem. We do the paperwork properly and we do the matching honestly.

Matching

Profile-first matching

Your industry, entity, volumes, average ticket and risk profile, read against acquirer appetite — so your file goes where it will actually be looked at.

Preparation

One pack, one submission

The business profile, ownership detail and document set underwriting teams ask for — assembled once, complete, and formatted the way they expect it.

Guidance

A named contact

One person owns your file from first form to decision. They tell you what is outstanding, and they keep the acquirer moving.

Documents

Document handling

Upload incorporation, address, identity, bank and processing documents as PDFs. We check the set is complete before anything is passed on.

Choice

Compare, then choose

Where your profile allows it, we introduce you to more than one acquirer so you can weigh pricing, terms and settlement timelines side by side.

Support

After go-live

Once you are approved and trading, we stay reachable about your file — a change of ownership, a new website, a shift in the way you take payments.

How it works

Four steps, in this order.

Step 01

Register your interest

Create a RimonPay account with your email, or send a short enquiry. No documents needed to start.

Step 02

Describe the business

Entity, trading history, processing profile and ownership — the same information every acquirer asks for, collected once.

Step 03

Upload your documents

PDFs of your incorporation, proof of address, identification and bank details. We flag anything missing before it goes anywhere.

Step 04

We introduce you

Your file goes to matched acquirers for underwriting. From that point you deal directly with the acquirer.

Questions

Straight answers.

If something here is unclear, ask us directly and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot do.

Is RimonPay an acquirer or a bank?

No. RimonPay is an introducer only. We do not provide acquiring services, we are not a bank and we are not a payment facilitator. We prepare your file and introduce you to acquirers. The merchant agreement, pricing, underwriting decision and settlement all sit with the acquirer you choose to sign with. RimonPay is never the merchant of record for any transaction, and funds never pass through an account we control.

Does RimonPay hold my money?

Never. Settlement funds move directly between you and your acquirer. RimonPay does not hold, control or process client funds at any point.

How is RimonPay paid?

RimonPay is paid a commission by the acquiring partner when an introduction leads to an account being opened. That commission sits inside the fee the acquirer charges you — the rate you are quoted already contains it, so there is no separate charge to you for using RimonPay. Confirm with your legal adviser whether any additional commission-disclosure wording is required in your jurisdiction, and insert it here.

What documents will I need?

Typically: certificate of incorporation or equivalent registration, proof of business address, identification and proof of address for directors and beneficial owners, a bank statement or settlement account confirmation, and prior processing statements if you already accept cards. Everything is uploaded as a PDF, and you can add documents at any point without restarting your application.

How long does approval take?

No more than three working days from the point we have received all of the required documents. That clock starts only once your document set is complete — which is why we flag anything missing straight away rather than letting the file sit. Once your file is complete, we review it, check it against what the matched acquirers ask for, and introduce it to them within three working days. If anything is missing, we tell you promptly, so the clock is never running without you knowing.

What if an acquirer declines my business?

A decline is not the end of the file. We will give you adequate information about the reasons the application was declined and what would need to change, so that you are in a position to reapply — whether with the same acquirer once those points are addressed, or with another acquirer whose appetite fits your profile. Underwriting decisions remain the acquirer’s alone, and we will never guarantee approval.

How is my information handled?

Your details and documents are used to prepare and place your merchant file, and are shared only with the acquirers you agree we may approach. What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who we share it with and the rights you have are all set out in our Data Privacy Policy.

Which countries do you cover?

We introduce merchants in all areas that are not subject to sanctions. If your business, any of its owners, or its activity falls within a sanctions regime, we cannot act on the file — and no acquirer would be able to either. Confirm which sanctions lists you screen against (for example UK OFSI, EU consolidated, UN and US OFAC) and insert them here.
